Doesn't appear so.
It should have a link with relative alternate, application/xml, if it does have an RSS feed (doesn't have an alternate link).

Makes it easier for us users of the latest Necko browsers (Pheonix Aviary 1.0 branch & 0.9.3 branch, Seamonkey 1.8 branch etc).
