I have a question for people diagnosed with other autism disorders, people who are not sure whether or not they have it and for borderline aspies.

Did you experienced a more wide range of interests as a kid and as you get older your interests become more narrow?

Yes. When I was little I'd have more typical kid interests such as collecting rocks, finding and playing with toads and salamanders, collecting dolls and toys, etc. I'm actually not even sure that those were obsessions - more like intense normal interests for a kid. The first hardcore obsession I had occurred the summer before I started high school - since then I've obsessed completely over TV shows, actors, and weird areas of interest somehow related to the TV industry.
