Hi! My grandma looks like shes dieing. So my parents and siblings are going to Missouri (5 hours away) to see her one last time. I have the choice of going with them or staying home. I cant decide. See, the problem is being away from home for that long of a time. (not actually that long just a couple of days) And the sucky car ride (which I hate for aspie reasons, MY aspie reasons. Dont know if you guys have the same problems)
Reasons to go:
Get out of school
See my grandma
Help my mom with the younger kids
Some fun
Reasons to stay:
No car ride
Dont fall behind in school work
Routine stays the same (my rountine is big for me)
Ill think of some more reasons eventually. Ill just add them.
So what do you guys think? |

| Just a question for you: Would how it would make your grandma feel be a consideration for if you would go or not? |

Ummmm.....I probably should of included that in the original post.
She has alzhiemers. She doesnt even really know who I am. I think the only people she knows are her sons, daughter, and husband. |

As for me, the consequenses of not going, (IE a lifetime of guilt) would override the relatively minor consequenses (tempporay discomfort) of going.

| Oh Alzhiemers. Well even if she doesn't remember you maybe your presence and kindness can offer her some comfort in possible last days alive. |
