THE FOREST
the life giving soil, the lime green leaves,
the soft velvet stream flowing,
the birds singing, darting through the air,
the deer elegently walking,
the morning dew on a spiders web,
the sweet, pungent air,
im smiling, enlightened.
The balance, the ambience, i feel one.
the beauty of this place, smooth, flowing,
the clouds drifting in the air,
the sweet taste of blackberries.
the bluebells swaying in the wind,
The wind speaks a thousand words.
the swooping dragonflies, landing on my shoulder.
I am the trees, i feel i belong.
here in the forest, the robins song.
I cry, the beauty is to much!
I love the forest, the place of life,
The bounties of nature, i close my eyes,
and think of my life.
It doesnt matter here, the woods, the forest. The... Sanctuary.

Must have missed this...
I liked it!
I felt the wording did a good job of 'painting' pictures for me while I was reading it.
I'm no writing critic, but I really did like what I read.
Keep it up!
