Fake isn't the word. The "alien" in the alien autopsy video looked more convincing than that.
Hell, the CGI in TRON looked more convincing than that.

It looks like a reflection of a kids toy.
And seriously... WHY are all alien sighting photos GRAINY!!! I mean come on... a 5 megapixel camera costs what a .5 one did two years ago... upgrade people!

If you look carefully, it looks like a dog's head, possibly a Labrador. Might be an internal reflection?
