I'm trying to get past it. But in the past I used to obsess about getting even with people that treated me badly and doing the deeds to carry it out. I only limited myself by criminal law, not even civil law. Is anyone else here like that? One guy was a city councilman. I discovered a court document where his son went to the hospital and he got arrested for battery on a minor. I made copies and leafleted his whole ward.

I have the same fixation with seeking retribution for past wrongs done to me. It hasn't really manifested into anything problematic yet though. It's terrible for your health to continually nurse and harbour thoughts of vengeance, but it's so hard to purge that need for lex talonus payback when an event repeatedly and vividly plays through in my mind, whether I want it to or not.

It's always nice when karma comes through.

I have been bad about it in the past. I never did anything to be physically violent but if I thought there was a way to make them feel badly or just plain look/feel stupid I would do it. Per example, when these b*****s from school found me on myspace and added me I posted a bulletin/blog about how terrible I was treated in school by this click and how I couldn't believe they had the audacity to add me after that. I didn't actually use names but it was pretty obvious who I was talking about. After posting bulletins I deleted them and I think they got the point and felt a bit stupid at the same time. Nothing major, just made sure I got my point across on what kind of people they were in a more public way.

i am obsessed with seeking revenge. oftentimes i'd
imagine the ways i could get back like physically
doing something. i hate these feelings coz
i know they serve no purpose but to torture me.

I always want revenge against people when they do bad things to me, not just annoying, properly bad and I dont see how that is wrong they think it is fine, see how they like it.

It's only natural.

We're raised in a society that tells is if you do certain things you will be rewarded, if you do other things you will be punished. And it never happens.

We don't get rewarded and they don't get punished. So we wind up thinking of creative ways to deliver the punishments.

I could write entire books on some of the scenario's I've come up with.
