Go to the My Account link at the top-right of the page, or just clicky here, then click on 'Edit Profile,' scroll down to the bottom and you will see your Signature box. Type whatever it is you want to type in it, then click 'Save Profile Changes' at the bottom.
I'm not sure how you get text links in your signature, but you can always just copy and paste the URL of the site into your signature box.
