Hi - anyone tracks their ovulation cycle? Anyone else gets depressed just as they ovulate? I just realised I was feeling REALLY blue for no reason whatsoever, just teary and miserable, and I ovulated yesterday. So, I googled it (you know, Dr Google, what did we do before he was there), and seems like this is quite a common thing. In fact, PMS would probably qualify as anything between ovulation and menstruation, but I'm specifically referring to the day or two after ovulation.

Anyone else gets this?

Oh, what's good about it, is that I can now happily have a good cry and know I'm feeling miserable because of hormones and NOT because the whole world hates me (or whatever reason I thought up for feeling blue at the time...). Uhm, somehow, that makes things easier. And, of course, some Vitamin B6 also helps...

I dont know so much depression except i really crave sex before i get my periods. I think that normal because like my doctor said that is when people most try for a baby so you are most likely to get pregnant except i dont want get pregnant.

Taylor - you should read up a bit more about it. The week and a half or so just before your period begins is usually your most infertile period. Google "fertile period".
