There's a bit of a mix going on.
+3 on one thing and -7 on another. Adding them together just doesn't seem to cut it as the +3 seems to rein mostly in my thoughts.

| -3. Got some bad news today at work. Found out a big grant proposal I spent a lot of time on got rejected, the day before our Board is going to make decisions about which programs to axe, due to lack of funding. Perfect! |
