Only my close friends know. My psychologist wants me to tell all of my classmates, but I am sure it's not a good idea. Some of them use Autism and Asperger's as an insult, and I am already bullied. They are so stupid they would make fun of me all the time.

I'm currently debating whether to tell a close friend of mine. I'm afraid she might tell people... and then all hell would break loose.

I have told my friends I have Aspergers's, just so they know what to expect when I go to their house, and so they know I am not doing certain things on purpose. One of my friends already knew what it was, so I didn't have to explain it to them! Very Happy she is my BFF Smile

Considering the fact that I only go to one class, and that class is for people with ASD. All of my classmates know and teacher, but to the rest of the school, I'm freakin' invisible and proud.

I don't think you should tell them. They might be too young to understand, and it might cause name-calling. Only my best friend knows that I have Asperger's, so it's good that only your son's friend knows.
