don't care enough to blow dry it at least. ooh but if i sleep w/ it in a bun then i get really pretty waves :)

After showering I put my hair in 2 braids & wait 12 hours (more or less) before undoing. Then I've got nice waves-my hair is straight otherwise. Humidity & the frequent morning fog here deflate my efforts to retain the waves, goes flat in moments. Don't use a hair dryer bc. it's noisy & makes me feel dizzy-I have the time to wait for it to air dry. Naturally dark brown, been coloring it haphazardly over the years-black at first, then blond. Had short hair as a kid, age 20 got a buzz cut, then kept underside of scalp shaved for many years. That became too much maintenence, now grown out long. Very fine/thin hair, condition it constantly bc. it tangles so badly. When it's wavy I don't need to comb it so then I don't encounter the snarls as much.

Lots and lots of crazy blue hair....

But not really blue, plus I have to use sissors when I'm getting it cut cause its too thick and it clogs up those machines the hairdressers use.

Me? I only live in the chlorinated pool for a couple of hours a day... nothing too crazy! Wink And since my hair is dark, it doesn't turn green... sadly. Mr. Green

That's awesome. One of my friends is a swimmer and he has really textured hair. It's really red though, so it doesn't turn green, sadly...

wouldn't it be cool to have green hair?

Yes. My friend who swims has blonde hair with a slight green tint to it, which is awesome! Most swimmers who have dark hair have either red or blonde bleached streaks in it, especially the guys who forget to wash their hair after swim practice in the mornings! Wink

Beatle Hair. No matter how I get it cut, it turns into Beatle Hair. I quite like it. Smile

I finally made myself do it, my hair is no longer long, though still curly, brown and soft, it's now short!
