Just wondering. What are some traits you would improve in the NT world that you don't agree with or something about yourself you wish were more AS?

Sometimes I wish I was full-aut.

My memory and concentration lack the capacity to hold and recall a truly Autistic level of empirical data.
And my emotional control subroutines still have a few flaws and loopholes which do not work to my advantage.

Mostly though I'm just concentrating on disconnecting myself from conventional existence... autodeconstructionism.
I plan on getting myself gender-neutralised eventually... and hopefully getting my name erased.

Well I'm aspie but the one thing I wish was more autistic about me is the ability to remember everything I read. I read a lot of non-fiction (typical) but I can't remember it all. I'm jealous of aspies/auties who have more prodigious memory.

I would think, and this is totally speculation, that for an NT it would be annoying to have to be around people to be happy. Some NTs get lonely and bored if left on their own for just a little while. I think that's sad. Then again, its also sad if a person can never enjoy the company of another. We need all kinds of people in this world. I'm glad for the variety, even if many of them annoy the Exclamation out of me.

I have trouble with memorizing read material too. It's okay though. You are a creative type and can get away with it. I am more on the creative scale too.

your artwork is amazing.

Meh to art as well.

It is such an abused term. Whenever I make anything image-based, I tend to refer to it as Systematic Colour Abuse... and will flatly deny to the end it being "art"... because as far as I'm concerned, it isn't.

The distinct difference between "art" and "systematic colour abuse" .... is that the former is meant to convey emotion.... whereas the latter most certainly isn't. It is more like an abstract form of scientific diagram: Informative rather than inspirational. Practicality rather than asthetics, where possible.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with poor short-term memory...they say it takes 20 seconds to transfer something to long-term. I certainly don't read that slow.

Maybe that's why teachers give you assignments to complete while you read, as the constant thinking helps memorization.

Maybe you could try something like that.

Good question. And indeed a lack of NT replies. But there are few NTs here.
