|

I'm looking for a program that can record my voice and I want to burn that on a CD to give to someone. Anything out there like that? I have the mic, just need to program. _________________ There is good and there is evil, and evil must be punished. Even in the face of armageeddon I shall not compromise in this.

There's one program that can do that. I think it's Dragon. Do you know where I'm coming from? _________________ Jason Larsen

Dragon is a voice to text program, and a good one at that. It doesn't record one's voice though.

If you use OS X you can record with the mic port and
sound capturing.
If you use OS 9 you can use SimpleSound(the one I used
to capture my interview recording with my grandmother)
and thus with a good capture device(recorder and proper
spacial technique) it is how I would do it (better than my
first atttempt).

Audacity is what you need. It is free, open source, and runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
