3-4 hours on the bike, sometimes 5-6, also during the off season I lift weights 3 days a week. This doesnt include time stretching, commuting by bike, or other stuff I do that is exercise (lots of hiking), I go crazy if I am inside in the house for to long at a time _________________ http://toddsphotos.smugmug.com

Depends. Usually it's somewhat over 5 hours, about 2-4 days a week in the summer. This is primarily biking and walking, and it's at work where I am pushing something heavy. It is a near-continual walk, outside.
In the winter, my exercise usually doubles when the holidays come up (I work in a grocery store pushing carts BTW) and my days of exercising increases to 4-5 days, 7-8 exercising hours in each. _________________ Yes, I am a girl |

in the summer I've got two rowing practices a day, a 1.5hr workout and a 1hr technical practice or steady-state row, and I do 1-2hrs of commuting on my bike while working a semi-physical job as a groundskeeper.
This winter I'm hoping to follow through with my training better than I have in past years. I've always had a problem with motivation and depression but this year I'm supplementing with vitamin D and I don't seem to have as much of a problem as I usually do around this time but we'll see. My training plan will involve 10-15hrs a week of training, I'm actually in the middle of designing my program right now but I'll be swimming and running 3 times a week and rowing, biking and strength training twice a week. |

Uuh.. 15 minutes maybe, or a little more. XD;; (not counting walking, which can be a lot more but doesn't seem very exercisey.) I've just started running, so I'm starting with a short rout. And I do a few sit-ups and push-ups but not many. it can't be more than half an hour. I want to keep it short, though, or else I know I won't do it.;;;; _________________ "Things should be as simple as possible, but no simpler." - Albert Einstein |

I do very little, I walk to and from lessons, and walk about at lunch at school. At home, if the weather's rubish nothing put a few push ups (a weird type I invented)
but if I'm going outside I will try to climb something, I love climbing but can't do much due to where I live.
Somehow I'm not fat... I'm thin and I eat loads of crap... (these "nutty bites" from asda are so damn addictive)
in the summer I will try to get a hundred situps in (I do them on our trampoline as it dosent hurt your back, but do sent bounce you)
A freind of minew does lots of cyceling, etc eats loads of fruit and he his alot fatter than me, I am also stronger than him.
He isn't best pleased |

| During the summer, I used to exercise for 1.5 hours 3 times a week but since I've been bombarded with homework now that school has started, I barely get the chance to exercise. |

I usually do 1.5 hours of weights one day then 50 minutes of cardio the next day. I usually have one day off a week to fully recover. _________________ I am highly in tune with my perceptions. It's reality that I haven't got a clue about. |
