There's nothing I can do about it because I live in their house so it's their rules. They say to me, "if you want a pet, then move out" knowing I can't afford it nor am I in the position to move out. So I have to go without.

Am this single person with fish in this thread  We have a large aquarium with plenty of fish, shrimps (oh, they're lovely!) and apple snails.

Since I still live mostly at home, I have to list a lot although they are not all technically mine only.
- 3 cats
- 2 dogs
- 1 parrot
- 3 rabbits
- 4 pigeons
- 7 chickens
- 2 gerbils
- 2 rats
- 2 hamsters
- 4 mice (my dad cought them in the shed  )
- 2 tortoise
- 3 fish
- 1 duck
- 1 jackdaw
and at last a few  walking sticks we lost in the garden
(just as information, no, we do not live on a farm)

i have a cat. i used to keep fish all the time, but since the last once died, i did not buy another one, since i realized that i was having less and less time to take care of them.
i had another cat before the one i have now, but she hated people, and ran away, despite how we were nice to her.
before that, when i was young, my parents used to take care of a stray cat who was pregnant. we thought of keeping her, but one day we never saw her again. |
