Transformers (1984-87), most definitely. It was my special interest/obsession when I was a kid, and I still love watching the DVDs of the show.

Storm Hawks, Gargoyles, Beast Wars, Futurama, Shadow Raiders can't think of any more at the moment (LOL, three of those have Scott McNeil voicing main characters)

I am in absolute agreement. I live for The Venture Bros., though The Boondocks and Family Guy come in at a close second and third.

My favorite cartoon Growing up was Dexter's Laboratory. My current favorite is Phineas and Ferb. I guess I'm a sucker for the boy guineas concept.

Tiny Toon Adventures, Rugrats, The Busy World of Richard Scary, Timothy Goes to School, Sailor Moon. I discovered Invader Zim as an adult and if I would have watched half of the eppisodes as a child I would have had panic attacks from watching them (one of the reasons I think I love Invader Zim so much today) and definatly would not like them no matter how cute I thought Gir was.

Rocko's Modern Life was my all time favourite cartoon ever! I miss that show so much. Though I liked most 1990's Nickelodeon cartoon series equally, especially Rugrats and Hey Arnold. So I suppose my top 3 would be Rocko's Modern Life, Rugrats, and Hey Arnold!.

i like the older cartoons like this one.
it is full of what would be considered violence by todays standards, but the thing i like most is the extremely close marriage of the orchestral arrangement to the procedure of events.

it is brilliant. genius is not something that is new and only exhibited by modern people. this was created by people who have already grown old and died, and it is scintillating to me. i am moved to hysterical laughter by the musical score that punctuates the inane plot.

I saw a show on TV once about older cartoons and they said the early Tom and Jerry cartoons didn't use voice actors because they couldn't afford one. I like them better than the later ones with the voices.
I'm very visual so I tend to like ones where the paint strokes are visible in the background like SpongeBob or Ren and Stimpy. Speaking of backgrounds love the ones in Samurai Jack.

I'd have to say my favorite cartoons are Chowder and Adventure Time right now. I like the older Disney cartoon shorts with Mickey and the others. I also like the Snorks, Ren and Stimpy, Flapjack and Invader Zim. Although I was never into Looney Tunes all that much, there are some shorts I really like.
I like some of the old Looney Tunes shorts like these.

I don't watch much TV these days, though.
