my hard drive appears to be on its way out. trying to salvage the few bits that aren't already backed up before reformatting the thing and trying again. second time in a month this has happened- guess its time to get another off ebay!

| I don't understand myself. I had one "friend" who I came to despise because I didn't hear from them enough for me to think they cared (Geoff). But then I have another friend who I seldom hear from, yet it always makes me happy when I think of them and I wouldn't cut them off for the world (Sockface, but same with Benny as well). |

Today is a holiday here in the states, and I hate holidays because it just screws up everything! Stores are insane and unbearable, no one is at their usual place (gone to other's homes), and I'm either home alone (which isn't so bad), or stuck at a relative's house due to obligation. Today, fortunately, I'm home alone while everyone is off celebrating. I can't wait for tomorrow...when life goes back to normal.
