Guys don't mean anything negative about it, it's just for laughs.
While I understand why you have an issue with it, you shouldn't be too offended, since the jokes are not meant to hurt you, they're just stupid excuses to laugh.
To most guys, jokes are as harmless as the word "pudding". They are for the purpose of laughter, and not sexism. You shouldn't let it bother you unless it's all you hear, then I'd get annoyed and offended that those jokes are the only ones they'd laugh to if I was in your shoes. Using the same joke 5 times in a row is stupid.
You could tell your friends to stop, but I don't think it would do much good, guys are pathetic when it comes to directions  .
