frustration trying to operate my father's car (with automatic transmission) at the carwash today. i have been having some trouble determining when a car is on 'drive' mode, and merely off with the radio on, apparently. also it took me a while to figure out why it wasn't moving when i let go of the brake. i thought
"maybe it's because the car is on a downhill slope? hmm"
i lightly pressed on the gas but it would not move either...and that's when i noticed it was on park...
i never have had this kind of trouble before, maybe it is the Vegemite that is gradually turning my brain into a sponge.

also my predetermined vacuum bay at the car wash was quickly usurped by another car, i just barely fit into the only remaining one.

I am having a busy day.

get well soon Booyakasha and SentientPotato! i remember when i had a bad flu (i think it was the flu), i could not keep anything down no matter how much i tried. it was awful, got zero sleep and had to carry a sick bag with me everywhere. never had food poisoning though. be well, both of you.

received my first transcript of the school year today, after another assembly focused on drilling the college deadlines and requirements into our minds. they try to help us and give choices, but it is just super overwhelming.

Besides getting kicked out of my classroom today so that a computer training session can take place,

Horrible anxiety over something that must be done tomorrow. Nerves are on end and I feel like crap.

Going to the supermarket at 5pm (never go to the market at 5pm) and having to deal with all the people, the noise, the kids screaming and running all over the place, the smelly people, standing in line, dealing with people who cut lines and all the other crappy joys that come with going to the market.

For some reason lately I've been having a lot of difficulty sleeping, like I can't bring myself to get to sleep. I'm really behind in school right now, and I really need to get some sleep, but I can't. And I'm not sure why. Blargh.
