This one sounds like it would be fun to spin to. I should try it later on today. Smile

Basically any decent song on my iPod will work for me.
But for the sake of posting a song I love,

I think the Honda one was computer generated. I could be wrong though.

exercising requires just the right music, the stuff that allows me to channel my awareness with nothing left over is usually the best. It helps if it's beautiful on multiple levels.

sounds like it could fit the bill.

This works amazingly. For 3:12 minutes today at the gym i was completely within the moment, the easiest 3:12 minutes of the entire workout.

I don't like shirley bassey loads, i find her a little over the top in a lot of things, but in this she's just right.

Shirley bassey actually kinda reminds my of my aunt (my mums sister) , my aunts mixed race, beautiful and spent a lot of her childhood growing up in wales. She has a similar look to her too in some ways.
