This works amazingly. For 3:12 minutes today at the gym i was completely within the moment, the easiest 3:12 minutes of the entire workout.
I don't like shirley bassey loads, i find her a little over the top in a lot of things, but in this she's just right.
Shirley bassey actually kinda reminds my of my aunt (my mums sister) , my aunts mixed race, beautiful and spent a lot of her childhood growing up in wales. She has a similar look to her too in some ways.
