You're so young!
If ever there were a bit of advice to give a younger person it would be: The only thing to work on while you're young is common sense. Basic life skills and such. Learning how to operate the things in your house, knowing how to pay taxes, water plants and feed pets, cooking, cleaning, ect. All the simpler things that adults have to do. Because then when you're ready to do what you want to do, you'll know all the easy stuff and those things won't get in the way of whatever you decide you want to be your bigger picture. I'm serious! It makes the more important things fly by so fast!

You should really see the positives in yourself. I think you're a great person based on what you've posted, but you seem to demoralize yourself whenever the subject comes to you. I wish I could find a way to help you feel better about yourself, because I think you are great.
