I see NT's in that way , dumb apes in fact , even Drs, imagine that not even being able to DX brain injury 
Their not all bad I suppose at the time one was abe to but nobody took any notice of what she had to say (a bit like me around here) , may be because she was female ?

Exactly! This is one of The Four Agreements (by Don Miguel Ruiz):
