I eat very sensibly, and seldom eat junk food. I like being in the shape I'm in, and I guess I like it a lot more than I'd like certain foods, which I'd have to trade away this body for. Not worth it!

sometimes i eat healthy other times not, but i think in general my diet is better than it was .avoiding gluten/ lot's of carbs (not sure if both) seems to be better for me. i make sure i get quite a lot of protein, meats, fish nuts etc mostly but i want to rely less on meat in the future.

i'm happy to eat fatty food for breakfast as it just means i burn more in the day (i think!) i would not really touch any cereal or anything loaded with sugar for breakfast and have not been eating much sugary food at all except fruit and dark chock.

i'll eat more protein on days that i do lot's of exercise and the day after. it really speeds up recovery compared to my diet a while back. I have been cutting back on fat and carbs quite a lot but i think i still get enough. i do notice from day to day my needs vary so i'm trying to eat when hungry within certain constraints. i really enjoy food but recently it's been less of a craving thing which makes it easier to keep on track.

as far as eating times go that can vary a lot depending on the day. i'll usually eat breakfast soon after getting up. I used to eat a lot at night (munchies) but cut back on that, occasionally i will indulge in a full meal quite late.

my main aim is to get healthier and fitter

I think allowing some fat with protein, at least with me, goes a long way. Also not having carb heavy foods and especially sugar.

I feel like I'm more satisfied and far less prone to snacking or food craving later.

lately I have been eating pretty healthy. Many many servings of green and leafy veggies, and other kinds every day some of which gets cooked in a bit of oil and water, 4-6 servings of fruit, whatever piece of meat I want, maybe some rice or something else. I try to eat mostly foods that have a large amount of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Meals generally not have a lot of fat or carbohydrates, unless I am about to work out hard, or I'm having a post workout meal. Too much protein is not a worry of mine as I know I don't get *a lot of it, or more than I need. I do have binges occasionally, but I try to keep it to a minimum.

Sweets, burgers, milk-shakes, sodas.

So... not the healthiest around. I do exercise a lot, though.

no sugar, diary, meat, oily food, spices and junk.

I have become intolerant of certain foods since I went on birth control.

I eat very few carbs, no oils or soda or refined sugars or fast food; nothing after 5 PM.
I try to spend two hours a day on the treadmill, but have been known to spend 6.
Being vegan is due to ethics, but all the other stuff is due to how easily I gain weight.
If I could eat absolute garbage and sit around and not gain weight, I would, in a heartbeat.

I can empathize with the liking salty things. I can enjoy a glazed donut as much as the next person, but my lust is for salty and spicy things.

I think it's essential to mention that this type of lifestyle isn't too healthy for a normal individual.

Right, because normal people are made healthy with animal products, oil, sugar, and fast food?

Ratatouille and bulgur wheat.

See, that kind of eating makes sense in my opinion.

I just see a bunch of carbs. I'd balloon up like no one's business if I ate like that.

I think it all depends on the person. All I've had today was Greek yogurt and a PB&J. I'm getting avocado and cucumber sushi rolls tonight and after that I'll be set.

It totally does. In one of my more recent relationships, the bf EASILY consumed 12x the calories I might on an indulgent day, and never exercised, and he weighed less than I did. Not to say that weight = health. I'm fairly certain he has some health issues, as I know I do.

I've had 3/4 of a gallon of tea today.
I was at the 'rents yesterday, and ate a massive amount of kebabs (onion, bell pepper, a few pineapple chunks, and my one true love, mushrooms). My daddy got me some habanero sauce to brush mine with, and I was all Very Happy
