No, I can't dance worth anything but I will dance if I'm at a bar with friends and I'm drunk.

I like dancing: totally alone and in private. I really feel too clueless about how it's actually supposed to be done to attempt it in public. I wouldn't even know how to tell a good dancer from a bad one.

I have terrible rhythm and coordination. If I danced, I would make a fool of myself. I'll stick to pacing and running with music on.

Not unless I'm standing on a DDR machine.

It's so sad. I used to think I was a good dancer. Enough people have told me how bad i am, that I will no longer dance in public. Though, in college I used to go to clubs.

I knew a professional dancer once, and he right out told me I danced like a log. NOT a compliment..... Very Happy

So far it seems like my thoughts wasn't that far off, not too many of us like (or know how to) to dance, and those who do has been conditioned to from a young age.

Yes, but I doubt it's anywhere close to the range of good.

Yes, I can! It does not come naturally, but I can make myself learn it. I need explicit instructions, which I can get either via YouTube or friends.

Last summer, when my entire family was out of town, I went to a party and took some ecstacy and learned the Apple Bottom Jeans dance. I mean I learned it right and did it good. I've seen the video, it's not all spazzed or nothing. I can only do that one dance either drinking or with some kind of a buzz.

However, I can do every step of the Night Fever dance, to this day, absolutely perfect, drunk or sober.

lol. I enjoyed your post.

The only dance I can do is grind on girls while drunk. That's about it.

Yes, I can dance. I took lessons from 3yrs to 13yrs, including ballet. After I stopped the lessons, I continued to dance at home. I do Zumba now, which is a danced based exercise class. When I'm learning a dance, which is being demonstrated by the teacher, I hyperfocus. It doesn't take me long to learn a routine. Moving in time to the beat doesn't take any effort, but I have been dancing since I was 3. As for co-ordination, I can't drive, can't use mirrors and fall over nothing, but I'm very co-ordinated when I dance.

Yeah I've had dance lessons on and off since I was 7, so I have fairly good dancing skills, but when it comes to anything else I'm quite uncoordinated.
Although at parties I never dance properly except for jumping around and moving my arms a bit like everyone else does, but even so I feel awkward doing that.

I can't dance at all, which is why I hate school dances. On the upside, most of the people there can't dance either. I might take lessons this summer so I don't completely embarrass myself at parties.

No I don't, any attempt results in looking like I'm being tasered Smile and after getting told I run like a penguin, I don't even try in public
