| 7.5 for me as well... I little bit angry over last night but that anger WILL result in an higher 'average' number.. I should be looking at 6-9's for the next bit |

| 1. today is anniversary of father's death. 15th was anniversary of mom's death. also am scapegoated aspie caught in vicious circle of being afraid to go out but must because need food. |
