And this is me at 13...there was a long trip from 13 to 53..

Really at 53 I'm just starting to feel masculine..in anyway..at all...

Interestingly in some of the latest research..autistic people of what is described as the 'higher functioning' demographic..measure out at higher levels of DHA later in life...which is a hormone that can slow the aging process...

I matured quick in someways and extremely slower in other ways..

At 53 I finally feel like I might be able to play high school team sports...but OMG It was a long time getting there...

Being Autistic is really kool...

If a person holds out and does not give up until middle age...

Cause it really can get better after age 50...if one does not give up..and keeps trying..trying...and maybe even finds a way to cry...out ..their true will spirit...

But anyway..my new exercise program as mentioned before..Is walking in reverse..twirling whirling...dancing like a ballerina in a ball room through major and very large department stores...

Like SuperWalmart...JC Penny's..Kohl's..Dillard's...Belk's...the Mall in general...or whereever my wife wants to shop..which is OMG nearly everyday of the week...

I put in my earbuds on my iPhone or iPod...crank up the inspirational musicK..start up my Nike GPS Watch to track my work out progress globally..and the 'game' begins..

But here is the thing...

At 13.. the redneck males in my deep south locality.. would have cornered me and ridiculed me if I tried to do it back then...

But now with that look..and the refined little finger prancing around in the air...

I can get away with being a refined thug with never a demeaning look from adults...and still getting respect from store security...

And the kids just laugh...cause kids are always Kool..anyway..most of them th@IS....

If i was an African American male doing all that dancing at 6 FT 222Lbs of solid muscle in those stores...I would probably be incarcerated by now...

But the privilege of being a white middle aged guy with $700 Jim Maui Prescription Sunglasses is still alive and well in the deep south...

But anyway again..here is me at 13...and like they say..you've come a long way baby...

Many guys posting on this site..at 21 or 22..still look similar to this...

And yeah I know how tough that can be in an alpha male world...

As we are still only primates..at core..and there is really still..

at this point in time..no way to escape the jungle...
