When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): Unofficially yesterday, but everything about ASP sounds just like me!
Favorite subjects: I.T, English
Year/Grade: Finished Year 12 last year
Favorite music: Alternative rock. My fav band is Tame Impala (If you like Beatles sounding hippie stuff, they're up your alley)
Books: Belgariad, I used to read Deltora Quest when I was younger.
TV shows/Movies: Family Guy, South Park, cooking shows, travel shows, 90's cartoons
Instrument: I love the drums, but I don't have any =[
Do you like sports? N.O spells NO
Family: I love my mum 
Clothing: I'm a tomboy (which happens to be a "symptom" of ASP, according to Tony Attwood in his ABC interview), but I'm also a little heavy and lack self confidence, therefore don't feel comfortable in girly clothes.

Job: I quit Maccas because I've started my I.T course
Plans for the future? Make lots of friends who live in my town (Hopefully! Having someone live near me who I can share support and friendship with would be awesome! Also..I want to become a baker

Favorite subjects: Science, particularly biology, Art

Favorite music: emotion provoking, stuff I relate to, stuff I can sing. Specific artists are Evanescence, Linkin Park, Skillet, 30 seconds to Mars
Books: Will read anything, I like Harry Potter series, Twilight saga, The Host, Artimis Fowl series and any Original Series Star Trek novel I can get my hands on. Jane Austen novels, particularly Emma.
TV shows/Movies: Star Trek: TOS and Enterprise, House MD, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, the Big Bang Theory, Numb3rs, Pride and Predjudice ( the version w/ Keira Knightly.) Sense and Sensibility, The Matrix Trilogy, all of the movie versions of the books I mentioned earlier. Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Stuff made by Mel Brooks, The Princess Bride, The Time Traveler's wife, LOTR. I'm sure I've forgetten lots. Is anyone detecting a special Interest?

Do you like sports? I like watching Grand Slam Tennis, otherwise, I hate sports.
Family: Mom, Dad, 2 younger brothers and an even younger sister. I do not get along with my parents, and that is a major understatement.
Clothing: I wear what I want, although I have to make concessions for the sake of modesty. My style is um, revealing esp. in the summer as I am very temp sensitive. I do tend to wear black a lot but also color as well and according to most people my outfit combinations are weird.

Because I'm sick of feeling like a freak, as inevitably happens when I'm among normal people.
When were you diagnosed?
When I was about 16, I got sent to "Second Nature Cascade," a wilderness program for troubled teenagers; I was genuinely uncooperative because the staff were pricks who wouldn't stop playing mindgames on all the kids, and eventually they brought in a therapist to figure out wtf was wrong with me. Turns out it's aspergers, surprise!
Favorite subjects:
In school? Writing, English Lit, Journalism (natch), computer programming.
Year/Grade:
Second year of college, but my GPA's all screwed up and I don't have very many credits.
Favorite music:
The Stooges, David Bowie, Jefferson Airplane, Johnny Thunders, The Misfits, and The Velvet Underground.
Books:
Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind, Watership Down, and anything by Hunter S. Thompson, Philip K. Dick, Franz Kafka, or William S. Burroughs. I'm an I/T guy at this company that manages assisted living centers across the US. I don't actually work in any of the nursing homes, I just help keep the computers at the main office running.

I wanna be a hotshot journalist, either for a newspaper or a website.

When were you diagnosed?: Self diagnosed after it was suggested by half sister whom has dyslexia and gave me bio family history. oddly enough my youngest half sister 30 years younger then i is who i connect strongest with though didnt meet till 5 years ago. She is trained as cultural anthropologist and just from our intteractions and conversations suggested my social problem was AS and though i had broused around AS i hadnt come to focus on it because i did not know father history
Favorite music: Everything except hip hop, jub jub or rap which to me is worse the traffic noise. But i love things like Apotheosis-O Fortuna techno remix to Fantasy on theme of Thomas Talus by Ralph Von Williams to Evenesence open door to pink floyd. And i just may play Tentacles on the roof for fun and laugh, then read some lovecraft
Books: Mostly sci fi and fantasy including urban fantasies mostly. The Alien series of Gini Koch,
And I am good reads librarian lost track after reading a lot, only have about 4k posted, got tired of waiting for internet for each book but mostly its fun. For serious scientific american, nat geo and anything catches my eye
TV shows/Movies: Lost Girl, Sanctuary, Face Off, DIY crasher series, The Doctors, since John Carter is coming out i reread the books burroughs took from of Arnold in 1905 whom created the concept burroughs expanded on and the name John Carter as fictional character, Re Reading entire barsoom series of 11 books, Just put Tentacles on the Roof on of the lovecraft society. As joke i put a Miskotonic U alumni sticker on car, under vulcan science academy in window
Instrument: I used to play piano, harpsichord, synthesizers, organ, pedal steedl guitar, banjo, clarinet, guitar. i plink the banjo and do some harmonica. What i do best though is sing, though i have some sythesizer dee sounds in mind

Hope at least for some people to talk too, i am tired of being an older hermit, i let people in the gates to my castle to show it off but toget to my inner keep takes a bit of work lookng. Some say i have twisted sense of humor along with other things. I dont live in just another world, its another univers up to gee 59 galaxies but the TV show Warehouse 13 describes my mind better, some ideas are best kept in the warehouse but the whole concept of my mental function is that show, mixed in with a bunch of things making me a pot pourie of thoughts, ideas, crazy ideas.

When was I diagnosed? to be honest, i was diagnosed when i was 7 years old but never figured it out till i was 14, and i dont seem 2 click well with anybody its like i am the guy nobody ever wants 2 b seen talking with or seen with or something like that.
Favorite music: I hate Music but like select few songs.
Instrument: Never played 1 b4
Do I like Sports? Yes some including hockey and football
Family: A brother, a sister, my mother, and my father
Clothing: depends on the mood

How did i find this site? My therapist reccomended this 4 me
Plans 4 the future? Go 2 college and find a job in game design as well as having a wife and kids
