Love the photos, Reika. You really do live in Alaska!

My computer has crashed! It has to be sent back to Toshiba ....again. I hope the hard drive is ok!

Reika, mini Reika is beautiful! Thanks for letting us see her. I miss living somewhere there is actually scenery. You are so lucky!

My computer is working again! It's a longish story...

I had my beloved grandsons -and their mother - for a few days. I am so proud of the boys. They are doing well. The eldest can be a pain in that he is controlling, but on his own he is a delight.

Helen has finally come to the conclusion that the youngest is NT because he is so organised!

School is out for summer here so I've been busy with Lil' girl and trying to keep her occupied. That's a job and a half. If I don't think up stuff for her, she thinks up her own activities and they are most often messy and/or destructive.

Do not give her a chemistry set. Even more important, politely turn down any offers from Chuck to babysit her. He doesn't need a chemistry set. Here is a picture of the last place where Chuck babysat:

Now remember, Chuck is a very good teacher...

(I am not allowed to show pictures of my last babysitting. They are still classified, and will remain so until they find out what happened. Last I remember is the kid asking "What happens if I do this?")

Yes. Like Lemon, she is talented in music as well as the visual arts. She composes and sings her own songs. Sorry about the detour, but hope you enjoyed it! Wink Laughing

...as far as the above crater is concerned, as I recollect we were trying to remove a dribbling bibbler's grape juice stain from the carpet before her parents arrived (I dare you to try to gargle the song "Aquarius" with a mouthful of grape juice sans spewing). Our cleaning efforts tipped slightly into the realm of "extreme"...

Just wanted to say hello. I just joined after lurking for a long time. I do qualify for the over 40 group. First forum I'm actually honest about that part. Very Happy I'm here to hopefully find answers to help me with an Aspie friend that I dearly love.

Howdy, Butterflair! Just a word of warning - most of us only post when we have something to say (or want to make a funny), so there usually isn't a huge outpouring of "welcome" posts. You're still welcome here - we're just not that talkative. Smile

(Felt it necessary to point that out, as some folks in the past have mistaken our reticence for unfriendliness...)
