Well if only I could be as professional as most of you WPers.

Waitress for now but most of my jobs have been in odd positions like music teacher, residential care, dietary assistant, childcare, and other boring stuff.

Always wanted to pursue a degree in psychology and psychiatry. Never had the money nor the time.

Self employed web designer (also do white hat SEO).

Used to be an ebay Power Seller (mostly Mid-Century Modern furniture and antiques). Sold an oval shaped sofa to Peter Jackson!

Other former jobs include:

Movie Theatre Inspector (aka theatre checker). My boss was in TN, I was in PA, and the company was in CA so I never saw my boss...good times!

Helped design and build original large dioramas for a Christmas holiday decoration company, Christmas floral arrangements, wreaths, etc. Lots of art, so much work that we were required to be antisocial.

Display artist (more modern title: visual merchandiser) for Liz Claiborne

I teach piano and play in a jazz band.

In my free time I am rolling out a company that uses past horse racing results statistics to attempt to predict possible outcomes of specific future races based on the correlation between the "expert" handicappers' opinions and the public's willingness to embrace, ignore or be confused by, said opinion, as witnessed by their betting patterns; and also by arbitrage situations where the likely payouts per race have been set too high due to uncertainty of the results (i.e., high risk).

And BTW I don't gamble whatsoever! The two people involved with me on this think I am VERY strange for not doing so, as they are licking their lips wondering how much they can make out of it all. But to me, honestly it's enough just knowing it works. (Also being Scottish - well only half - and being tight with one's money IS genetic!!!)

I know, VERY Aspie to mix math and music!!!

Currently a Software Developer. Used to be a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
I think QA is probably the best line of work for someone like me, since I'm great at finding flaws in everything I see! Smile

In just under 3 months, I will either be a GIS Specialist/Analyst, or an Urban Planner.

Radio announcer, program producer, audio restoration engineer.

In the odd environment where I work, they tend to give job duties different names than the rest of the industry. For example, I assemble show elements from scratch and combine them into a program for broadcast, but my credit will say "technical assistance was provided by..." when I produced, directed and engineered it.

Either AS didn't effect your coordination or you've pulled the impossible. I'm impressed.
