That's on a list of bad habits I've been working at. It just isn't time yet.

Yes, you will. The Q is, how strong will you feel it. Some gets
it hard, some dont care.

i quit the coffee, and now i get swetty and nervous after two cups,
if i drink it, hands start to shake, body just dont want it. But i should
mention i am very senstive to all those kind of substances, something
that just developed over the years.

Tea on the other hand, good stuff, especially the green one, as long
as they dont have caffeine in them, that is a bad bad substance, it
doesnt do us any good at all, its a wide spread bad habbit i think..
and those caffeine-pills..now theres a bad idea if i ever saw one, pure
poison, ate a lot of those before.

The thing with coffee (and pretty much everything) is; you drink it,
and you feel quicker, more awake, better for a while. And there it is,
FEEL/FOR A WHILE. then it stops working and you feel slow, less awake
and not so good. So then you need to get more coffee..
Then my Q is: what is the point? the only thing to do that makes sense
to me, is kill the problem where it begins, and thats drinking the coffee/
using caffeine in the first place. its like urinating in your pants to keep warm,
bad idea. warm and nice for a while, then you get cold and wet.

And, if you (not talking to anybody spesific now) drink coffee regularly and
are of those who complain that they cant sleep, please just shut it. Seriously.

1 + 1 = 2
2 + 1 = 3

..and thats pretty much it
how to put that into other words i dont quiet know yet...hm
simplify..simplify..simplify....think that might be it..we humans
almost do the opposite of simplifying when it comes to the
big things, i dont feel thats very effective or even smart, it feels
way wrong. It might be easy but we dont see it and make it hard, human nature.
it feels like if i could just peel off the human way of placing
things into boxes with labels, things could turn out to be clear
and easy in a heartbeat. To be completly "open", in lack of a better expression.
For some reason it makes alot of sense to take the big, hard-to-understand things
and break them down by looking at them through the eyes of a innocent child.
When looking at them after 30 years of living, theres preconceptions that
disturb the line of thinking, make me stray. When i shut that down, things seem
to open up in a clear, but confusing, way. Have spent over 15 years trying to
perfect the "art" of "shutting down" parts of myself completly on command, a little hard to
explain but an incredible tool when it works. i get 100% "open" and the thoughts and info
flows in a logical way and connects by itself, answers fall out of the cracks and land
in front of me so i can see them clearly without trying to, and that might be a part of the
the key right there, the "not trying to" part of it. i dont try to do anything, and then it happens,
it might be something like being in the "blank/no thinking" end of the scale and at the opposite side of the same scale at the same time in a way.

Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant;
they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexatious to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter;
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals;
and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself.
Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love;
for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perenial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years;
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe;
no less than the trees and stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labours and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.

With all it's sham, drudgery and broken dreams,
it is still a beautifull world.
Be carefull.
Strive to be happy.

*googling hard, sparks shooting out of computer*

Fun facts:

""Desiderata, the fourth studio album from Norwegian progressive metal band Madder Mortem""

(for some reason i have always felt a little uncomfortable with the fact that i could
not have been given a name thats any closer to the latin word for death then the one i have,
not sure why at all, just a "feel" i guess). In the norse mythologi my name means "warrior" (but then again, several names means that) and its way to close to death also Smile i get a bad feeling about this.... warrior of death..? oh crap Laughing j/k

""Desiderata was one of four daughters of Desiderius, king of the Lombards, and his queen, Ansa""
