I hate school,No friends, no girlfriend, hard work, bullied,New graduation requirements just in time for my graduting class,Being overweight and weird. That and for the past two years I have had trouble first my chiari surgery which is brain surgery. Now sleep deprevation because of sleep apnea and Restless leg more like restless body. I have gone to school for the past couple of days because of my lack of sleep because I have to wake upt at six but I'll wake at 4 and dont fall back to sleep all the way to six. So i turn 16 in july so I am planning to drop out because I know I will not meet rhode islands graduation requriment in which we must get a set amount of carnigie units and due a portfolio that contains certain amounts work per important acdemics and then for electives for every single year of high school and that number is always the same and the portfolio worthy assignments are ridiculously hard even for history and thats my best subject math was actully easy and I am horrible at math. So I cant wait to end all the misery and greviences but I do plan to get a GED and go to college and maybe become a historian, history professor, anthropologist,Nurtritional antropologists,or archeolgist. That and I have no skills to pick up girls and I dont want one from the bottom of the barrel like some one thats crazy or feel like I got incarerated into relationship prison. Hopefuly she will love video games thats a must. The portofolio is part of the evil that is no child left behind. I swear the state of Rhode Island does not want us to graduate. _________________ Everythings the same I am still cant sleep and still hate school. |

On the contrary, high school sucked, but when you're stuck with the same people for so long giving the same negative impression in a world of conformity, it can be really difficult. If you love being in high school, then congratulations, I'm so glad you've found a place to fit in, and try to enjoy these moments as much as you can! | I guess my high school is like your college and my elementary school was worse then your high school (I hate rumors) _________________ "You can do the math a thousand way, but you can't undo the past"

I'd enjoy it much more NOW... if I could walk into class at a time of my own choosing, sit in class as long as it held my interest, be able to either tune out the class and go to work on something without interruption, or be able to get up and go to another class when I felt it was time for me to leave.
Basically... going through school in accordance to my own attention span and not their time frame!
I really love school... I LOVE to learn!... they just don't seem to have a knack for scheduling things in a manner that works best for me. | lol, I would be in one class for days then _________________ "You can do the math a thousand way, but you can't undo the past"

High school was great I actually had friends there(or people I considered friends at the time) and it was great all he classes were so easy I didn't have to study and really try.
College for me is terrible, I have no friends cause everyone is in these little clicks that are impossible to get into and not feel like an outsider and the classes are damn hard and I have to study a lot, which I don't mind just depends on the subject if I enjoy it or not. _________________ Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.

I can be in the same predicament. I have VERY few friends in college and my classes and their classes can get very busy. _________________ Joshua

I hated school my entire life except for third and fourth grade when i spent most of my time working in the profound physical disability classrooms... it was like skipping 2 grades!
otherwise school sucked, kids were mean, teachers all sucked, curriculum was impossible to use, SCHOOL NEEDS TO BE MADE BETTER BEFORE I GO TO COLLEGE!!!
P.S finishing high school online _________________ check out my website at http://www.alinssite.info and my forum at http://www.disabledplanet.net my WP threads by clicking below

Hm, Honestly, I've hated school because it was such an experience...those long years of growth, etc...breakdowns...hm. ><
But I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. I grow up mentally, so many years...Best of all it's almost graduation time... So I'll be going to college and able to start anew. |

It's hard, but worthwhile, as you learn so many things! I was the valedictorian for my class in grade 8, and I really reflected on how much I liked school, even with all the bullying I put up with _________________ "You can do the math a thousand way, but you can't undo the past"

| High school's the worst, then undergrad gets better, but being a grad student is the best. I love it. Just wish I didn't have to work at the same time. Anyway, for you high schoolers, keep up the faith. You will graduate and move on and life will improve. |
