Casablanca, which for some reason when I posted earlier I forgot, is one of my absolute favourite films. Grave of the Fireflies, which is a Japanese animation, is also superb.

I lurve that movie. I do wish that some of the supporting cast were better actors though, and that the pace was a little faster. XD Still vastly underrated and probably one of the prettiest-looking films ever made.

Wow...
Some of these choices are just downright creepy...
For me, it's American Beauty.
Close seconds are Santa Sangre, The Holy Mountain, Psycho, Fight Club, Fire Walk With Me, Mulholland Drive, Lost Highway, Eraserhead, Juno, Annie Hall, Donnie Darko, City of God, A Clockwork Orange, Pulp Fiction, The Seventh Seal, etc....

Those are pretty much my favorite films of all time.
