Why are they even in trouble ? They were both only expressing their culture ?

If digging up graves is expressing their culture, then they must be from one sick minded culture of people.
These boys are going to have serious problems later on in life. Digging up an old grave and converting a human skull into a bong, in my opinion, is a warning sign that these people need help. I don't know what sane person would do such a thing. _________________ The hero is no braver than the ordinary man, but he is brave five minutes longer

Okay, let's pretend for a moment that the skull belonged to one of our dead relatives. How would itn make you feel if a couple of mutant cretin rednecks defiled your beloved grandfather's corpse?
No giggles then, huh kiddies?
This "lack of empathy" bullsh*t really pisses me off. Social ineptitude to excuse balant antisocial behaviour.
Lack of empathy is being used a crutch and an excuse for AS types to do whatever they want, whatever they want. BAH!
In Singapore, no one would get away with this kind of crap.
Canings and beatings, all around. Never mind excuses. |

The Bong show topic
I did not know you could buy human skulls on the internet. These must be rejects from medical schools.
India used to sell skeletons to medical schools all over the world, and have since stopped. Any skeletons now used in anatomy classes are manufactured from some sort of plaster/resin material.
I think interfering with human remains on property is considered a crime. That being said, there are many skeletons/mummies on display in museums and the like which is allowed.
Look at old Professor Gunther and his plastination fetish. Of course, these people willed their bodies to his weird science.
But getting back to these Texas teens. They do need a lesson in understanding that it is not all right to dig up human remains, whether to use them as bongs or whatever.
And as for the internet skull-mongers, one wonders where they got these babies from. _________________ Radical Aspergian

Hope the judge finds some creative way to get them to understand how disgusting their crime is. |
From time to time, graveyards need to be moved... The Judge could sentence them to have to be the workers to move the graves... OR sometimes when there are floods, caskets come to the surface and have to be re-buried.. Another Fitting Punishment for the "grave-robbers"... really.. they probably have no idea .. Then, they'd probably see the relatives of the dead gathered for the re-burials, etc.. and get a first-hand look at what it means.... I can't imagine doing that myself.. I don't even go to funerals at all if I can help it... I have a phobia about death... |

Me niether, a few good hits off a skull bong and I'd start freaking out because I'd think I had unleashed some sort of curse possibly involving zombies or me getting killed (or worse). |
