I've been watching some more anime, went through some junk, but found two more that I like a lot.

Black Cat is already on your list, or was, but I haven't seen Gun Sword(Also seen spelled like: GUN x SWORD) on your list, and I'm liking it quite a bit.

One Piece - A bit surprised that you don't have this one on the list. It's true that the 4kids heavily censored dubbed version wasn't very good, but the uncensored fan-subbed ones can approach a level of awesome that almost makes my head explode. The beginning is kind of slow, but it is so worth it.

Claymore - Kind of bloody, with a lot of limbs being hacked off. They often grow back though, so it's all good. It's unlike some anime in that some traditional roles have been switched, with female protagonist is the badass warrior who's slowly turning into a monster, while the male one is completely useless but keeps her from going over the brink.

Also, have you tried going to http://www.animea.net/series ? That has quite a long list of potential anime ...

Black Lagoon - I stumbled across this one rather by accident, watched subs of the first few episodes online, and got hooked. Think Cowboy Bebop, only with way more violence, way more swearing, and set in the present-day South China Sea instead of space in the future. It's definitely for mature audiences, but rather entertaining.
