They said I was and I asked my shrink how would she know, since she is a specialist. She said deaf kids wouldn't turn out like this. She said it was a coincidence too. Hey I have relatives who may have AS too but I'm not sure if they do or not. I have no clue what they were like in their childhood is why.

I still think it sounds like PDD-NOS. If your brother otherwise meets the criteria for being on the spectrum. (Rituals, social interactions issues and so on.)

PDD-NOS can be atypical AS, atypical classical, an atypical mix of both and all other non-'average' development of children that doesn't fit a specific set of criteria to a T.
