It is political based around the 2008 election and I actually give my opinion rather moderate in most of it. It might end up being PPR material in the end if everyone keep fueling the fire though I done my share of that already to be honest.

It's great to see adolescents discussing PP&R in their forums - why would you want to discourage them from stretching their minds? It makes for much more informed voters later on, which is good for all of us.

You're correct in a sense there, City. However, having an 25 year old adult to post a thread that is political based in a fourm area where it clearly does not fit in correctly is an issue there. Yes its okay to have PPR threads in different areas of WP but it might caused huge debates which has occurred between me and a few other members in this thread including the opener.

It's better than having them air their opinions in the rest of the forum. Last time I encountered a couple of under 16s in the PPR forum their posts consisted of 'acting out' and swearing.

Well, the Mods know what they are doing, so I am certain the rest of us can get on with it - I just hate to see young minds nannied to death for no good reason.

So, watcha doing hanging out in the adolescent forum anyway, Jerry? Wink

^Technically I'm not an adult yet more of a young adult or adolescent. Also there are members around my age that I can talk to there along in any other part of WP. They are more easier to get along with at times though I do get along with adults as well.

Have you ever considered NOT trying to find something to snitch someone out for Jerry? Maybe for just a week or two? Their are members who post here to try and deal with real problems in threads but you seem to take an inordinate delight in throwing other forum members under the bus. I happen to like TallyMan and I think it sucks that you try to get him in dutch with the mods like this.

One I'm not snitching at all on anyone. Second showing animal cruelty is a violation to Rule One of the Forums though it may not be but you always double check to be safe anyway. Everyone is rational and so I'm but there are some threads that may or may not belong on in some of forums at all.

I have to agree with Velodog, there are some truly strange things that may be bought up on these forums, if they seem objectionable to you ask the OP, sometimes there is more to a picture or a story, I have seen film of some meat markets in asia, and ya it can be very shocking, but that was only a typical meat shop, with a preserved critter of some type, and no more objectionable then a pig hanging at the local butchers. If you want to report anything, report on unruly behavior, and trolling, or better yet the mods would prefer a PM, as it gets action quicker.

Animal Cruelty I believe but I could be mistaken as well and it is nothing since everyone makes assumptions about things in the first place.

It's true, this thread has been getting spammed with trivial nanny stuff. Maybe it should be reserved for the more important stuff, and the minor suspected 'infractions' could be PMd directly to the Mods.

Alternatively, rather than pelting the Mods with PMs, maybe there could be a different thread, so that consequential stuff, such as trolling, or WP members destroying each other emotionally, etc., is Class A, and goes in this thread, and the extreme scrutiny of minor aberrations, such as pics of cartoon anime girls on a beach, which was also reported, is Class B and goes in the other thread. (Actually, that one belonged in the wastebasket. Laughing )

For those of us who get email notifications to keep up with what is actually happening on this thread, these little snitchy thread-cleaning-and-sorting exercises are kind of an annoyance.

^Exactly^, we are adults who have a little more life experience, and don't enjoy having a thread I made, to reported to the mod's, and either does any other member, we don't need a forum nanny tattling for some perceived minor infraction.
