Aww, it's kinda cute. I'd take it in and keep it as a pet. It looks like a doctored photo actualy. You can even see through the "alien". I've seen better attempts that did not even need to be proven fake.
Seriosly, if you are ever confronted by a wobuffet, ignore it and try to get away as fast as possible. Those suckers have the abillity "shadow tag", making it impossible to escape if the wobbuffet decides to fight. Also, NEVER physically attack a wobbuffet. They can use the attack counter and hit you back twice as hard. For instance, If you try to shoot the wobbuffet, the bullet will simply be deflected back at you with twice the velocity.
Looks like the face in the Danish pastry that made its rounds on Ebay. Or maybe some Martian looking for the people responsible for sending the Phoenix Lander.
