A stupid day in the neighbourhood topic
Where I live 10pm is the cutoff for noise. Spraying dog urine maliciously is banned 24/7.

| She definately should not have trespassed. However, personally, with my sensitivity to noises when I am trying to sleep (ie after about 10pm), I would probably go crazy if I could hear music (even faintly) from another apartment until midnight every night. |

Just the other day, I observed that these neighbors have Autism Speaks stickers all over the bumper of one of their cars. 
I knew their very young child was diagnosed with autism, but I hadn't realized they were Autism Speaks fanatics.
Lately, they let the kid sit on their balcony and throw his toys down all over the narrow walk-way through which I must pass to enter my apartment. Fortunately, I haven't been hit by anything. The giant Legos and Hot Wheels trucks have been narrowly missing my head. |

I am pretty sensitive, too. Last night, one of my neighbors sat out on her porch with her house guest, talking and laughing until about 2:30 a.m.! Since it was very quiet, I couldn't tune her out. It made me feel like screaming and throwing things.
BTW, I'm glad that your nuisance neighbors are leaving.
