A South African told me that when Mugabe came to power, to protect his position he ordered the murder of about 30,000 Ndebele (related to zulus). He thinks that when/if Jacob Zuma (a Zulu) becomes president of Sarth Efrika, there may be some pay-back.
This could be a reason why Mugabe does not want to loose control over the Army. _________________ I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in.

I read that Zulus were attacking and killing Zimbabwean refugees during the election crisis. I don't know much of anything about African tribal issues, but hopefully they'll be able to come to a peaceful resolution. Thabo Mbeki is currently in charge of South Africa, and he unfortunately has neglected to act appropriately as a leader in the region to bring pressure on Mugabe. His "quiet diplomacy" has probably never even taken place, and certainly hasn't has any effect. _________________ WAR IS PEACE
