What would it do?
1. Make my body language expressive and even appropriate and give me a sense to understanding the body language of others?
Yes. I cry when I am angry. I make faces or no faces... I'd love for people to stop reacting to that all the time (it disturbs me to be spoken to by a stranger on the streets!)
2. Give me that sympathy and empathy stuff?
No. I can't imagine feeling sympathy (or empathy) for others. I'd think I had become crazy.
I'd take a pill against routines! I'd like one for that. Stop all the brain shut downs. It would be heaven.

Oh, as for me personally, probably not. People have told me I should be more concerned about my social difficulties, but I've made friends anyway, like that coworker.
