What about hights or spiders, they are scarier then fear.

Weird you mention those, two of my biggest "problems", or at least it was.
I froze whenever i met a big spider, got tired of it and seeked out big spiders
and spent time with them. After a while, fear gone. same with heights, i dont like
it, but it scears me no more - it felt so good when the fear let go, you wont belive it.
And after doing it once, i got proof it could be done, so then it was just to go to work
on the rest of it. The height and spider fear is very natural, residue from a time this
was something you had good reason to fear. But there are no dangerous spiders around
where i live and height cant kill me if i dont screw up so its just in the way. We are at the
top of the food chain, and still we fear

Well I have faced my fear of hights often and I know that I can be a bit confident but I used to have nightmares of falling so it hasnt just disapeard. I have done some research on spiders and other bugs but it is just the fact they can be dangerous, they are creepy and they can come out of anywhere.

Learn all theres is to know about the bugs, then you know how to handle them, and then they are not dangerous anymore  we human have the upper hand in these things, it might
be dangerous, but as long as we know how to handle it/what makes it tick, we decide whats
dangerous or not. For example alligators, they look real scary, theres good reason to fear them
but they have no chance against a human that knows what he`s doing, they have certain
ways they behave and when you know this they are just a big stuffed animal |
