Dragonforce isn't really metal it's more classical rock. I prefer Dragonforce to most metal unless I'm in a mood for hard metal.
I like dragonforce, disturbed, iron maiden, lana del rey, kings of leon, mika, coco rosie, birdy, ludovico einaudi, sigur ros, clint mansell, phillip glass, white lies, the killers(+brandon flowers), the national, florence and the machine, amy macdonald, angus and julia stone, moby, death cab for cutie, adele, eminem, ingrid michaelson, bright eyes, blue october, the xx, i blame coco, one republic, the fray, amy whinehouse, biffy clyro, the editors, muse, razorlight, 30 seconds to mars, the verve, snow patrol, etc.
that's most of them, there are probably a couple more I like though.

As in the "Spirit of the Radio" guys? I love the complexity of their music and how they can quickly switch tempos and moods, right in the middle of the song. Unfortunately, it used to be lost on my iPod.

I listen to mostly metal bands such as Rhapsody Of Fire, Gamma Ray, Stratovarius, Saxon, Kamelot and Savatage. More recently I've been getting into Candlemass. I listen to some rock as well but metal is the most dominant in my music library.
