Yes. Isn't it those underwear that is real small in the back and it goes over your butt crack, even digs into it?

Depends some look almost like thongs but cover a little I guess. Here's an example, the girl on the left is wearing a thong The girl on the right is wearing meh...somewhat of a thong.

Image

I had a friend who wore them like that and she was stared a lot but in a kind of laughing way. Personally I didn't really think they flattered her love handles very well and I knew some people who made jokes about her. Meh..I never thought they were that comfortable....

Isn't that the truth!

I spend a lot of time just looking at people and I can't help but wonder what ever possesses them to wear what they wear other than it being the currently marketed fashion.

The thing of it is though, their body shape doesn't always fit into the fashion picture, making them the butt of cruel jokes.

Last winter a very otherwise pretty young woman got on a bus I was riding. Why I say "otherwise" is had she not been wearing a very unflattering bare midriff top exposing her bulging waist line no one whole have known she had "love handles".

Instead, there she was showing abundant flesh in her waist area in the dead of cold snowy winter.

Even the young men on the bus started laughing at her.

the picture MissConstrue posted explains quite well why pre-teenager girls shouldn't wear things, they're made to be sexy and so a ten year old wearing a thong would be seen as 'more sexy' to certain people, in my oppinion several years before they're ready.

I don't care what kind of underwear anyone else wears, but personally, I don't see the point of thongs.

Why not simply choose not to wear underwear? I find that to be FAR more comforable than having a string up my arse and along my other private parts. What's the point of the string? How can a string that has been lodged between one's butt cheeks and therefore had close constant contact with one's anus be attractive to anyone who doesn't like the associated smells and hygenic issues?

Does anyone understand?

Oh, and I wonder if kids at that school are required to wear underwear at all. Should anyone really care whether another person is wearing underwear or not?

Well if they're low rise jeans that go down to their crack, I guess you could call it the plumber's crack...

I've seen as much of that as the thong hanging out..bleh. I even knew a girl who had a tatoo of a thong, never wore underwear.

That's hilarious.

So why don't institutions like schools simply have rules about what parts of the body must be kept covered? This method allows them to address the issue simply and directly, while preparing for the next succession of widely offensive fashion trends.

Well some schools have now gone to uniforms. In my old school we use to wear what we want but a lot of kids didn't adhere to the rules. Now they've gone to uniforms.

We wore uniforms at the school that I went to, and I think all or most public schools in San Antonio, TX have currently require uniforms, at least for grades K - 8.

My experience with a school that required uniforms indicated that they don't solve many of the problems they are supposed to. Girls would roll up their skirts at the waist to turn them into miniskirts. Some boys wore their pants low enough to show a crack, even though belts were required.

Also, the ways in which you altered your uniform and the degree to which you succeeded in getting away with it were a mark of one's social association and status.

Women have to wear because they have vaginal discharge and the underwear stops it from dripping down their legs or onto their skin.

Why do we wear underwear when we're young? I do not know. Hey not all men wear underwear, especially boxers. Why? because it presses their penis against their skin and they don't like it. None of my boyfriends wore, neither does my current one. But my last one didn't wear because he was incontinent so he didn't need underwear.

Wait a minute. Your last boyfriend didn't wear underwear because he was incontinent so he didn't need underwear??? Why, do you mean he was wearing a diaper instead? How does being incontinent mean you don't need underwear? I'm missing something here.

I'm confused. What do you mean you are missing something?

Why would someone need to wear underwear if they wear diapers instead? Those are their underwear. Yes some incontinence do wear underwear over their diapers but my ex didn't.

It's obvious I meant diaper because I said he was incontinent and he didn't wear underwear or what else would he wear for protection? Who would choose to go in their pants and get pee all over? Catheters are hell for men.

Sorry, since you didn't say he wore diapers instead, I wasn't sure and didn't want to assume anything.
