This one is called Artistic Hand. I think that there is a lot to be said about our hands. This is not a drawing of my drawing/writing hand, which is my right, but of my left, because I can't trace well with my left!

^ Loving the smoking angel there, Palakol!

Gareth and Kasaqa are two OCs whom I conceived half a year ago, but only in the last couple of days have I considered taking them out of my swollen scrap pile. Although their respective backstories underwent constant revisions due to my fickle muse, Gareth has always been an Anglo-Saxon or Celtic-style barbarian in the Conan tradition whereas his love interest Kasaqa was a Nubian princess or queen. Now I've finally written a sketchy outline for their story, but a few changes have been made to the characters. For example, while Kasaqa originally began a warrior type, now she begins as more of a traditional "damsel in distress", albeit one who does know the healing arts and learns to defend herself in the end. The plot involves Gareth rescuing Kasaqa from a Zulu-esque chief and returning her to her native kingdom, braving dinosaurs and the chief's goons along the way.

^ Thanks. She was based off an exotic (i.e. pole) dancer named Angel who caused me a considerable amount of confusion and frustration. I figured I'd turn her into art.

Sweet illustrations, by the way. What kind of media do you use on those?

Line art is drawn using a mechanical pencil and then colored in GIMP.

I started to learn how to animate because it's been pretty much a dream of mine (my interest in anime can explain this). I want to start slowly and simple, so I made a small animation of an eye.

Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5 was used.

Why so serious?

I like the new pieces. I been trying a few new things, but so far, they have come out really . . . substandard. I did not like them much. I like the joker piece, the eye is very well animated and I love the tribal markings on Brandon's piece, too =)

This is an oldie but a fav of mine, is a black and white picture I took inside the moving vehicle from my "my point of view" photo set.

Dark soul is maybe harsh to live with but it does make beautiful art Palakol !! intense and beautiful work!

Not really art, just a doodle.

I like creating "tags" in Paint Shop Pro. I have to use a tutorial from a designer as I don't have any creative ideas of my own.. but there are many tag tutorial writers on the net and this is just one of the tags I have made recently from one of their designs. I first got into making them because I am fascinated with making animated snow scenes.. so sorry for the early reinder that Christmas is just 5 months away :0))
I am self taught on how to use the programme.. my mind just gets it..
