Sort of like my ideal girl at this point--though I wouldn't like it to the degree that it becomes another psychiatric syndrome, and have other criteria as well. I don't think there is just one type of "inverse autism"--it's not a one-dimensional classification.
There was this guy living it the room next door my last year in college dorms that seemed almost comically inverse-autistic. He was a business student and absolutely loved to chat with anyone and everyone, but apart from that didn't seem to have many interests (aside from sneaking up on people and saying "boo"--the funniest thing about him was that he kept "booing" his roommates about once a day for more than a whole semester, long past the point where it was new and interesting). I could tell that he found me amusing too, I guess because I didn't play along with the kind of social "games" he was trying to get me to play and that most other people joined into.
However, I think that "inverse autistic" people range from boisterous fun-loving chatters like this guy, to very sweet, sensitive types, to "bitchy" manipulative people. It depends on their personalities and other psychological traits. It's sort of like "what's the opposite of a lawyer?" Well, in one way you could say "a doctor", if you're trying to choose between these career paths, but on the other hand these occupations are both high-paying and require an advanced degree, so maybe "a plumber" could also be an answer, etc.

I thought that sociopathy was pretty much the utter absence of empathy, but maybe that's more psychopathy. I'm not that familiar with how these are similar or different. |

Wow, judgmental much? Innocence/sweetness and sexuality are not mutually exclusive, you know. In fact it is the truly innocent mind that fully enjoys sex and sees nothing wrong with it; it's only the corrupt mind that finds ugliness in it and comes up with ugly and cruel names like "slut" in order to denigrate the free ones who revel in their sexuality. |

Psychopaths lack the empathy and feelings of social obligation that would constitute a highly social opposite of a person with Asperger's syndrome. Psychopaths also typically show executive function problems just as do those with ADHD or Asperger's syndrome quite often—at least the psychopaths who wind up in prison usually do.
One area where psychopaths and people with Asperger's syndrome are opposites are in the psychopaths' ability to manipulate and deceive people to advance their agenda. They tend to be very good at this and began manipulating their parents or guardians and teachers as young children. Tricking people makes psychopaths feel exhilarated and powerful. |

ACTUALLY, he might have simply meant that he had to do that to COUNTERACT(aka get rid of or "catapault") The propaganda.
FRANKLY, a self directed savings account could work. Social Security, created by the DEMOCRATS, is a BIG scam!!!!!! They couldn't do that, so they had to STEAL from the next generation! And they keep doing that! EVEN WORSE, they raise all the rates so that the later generations have to pay more PER PERSON! MY generation will probably be the first where the big house of cards COLLAPSES!!!!!!
Talk about propaganda! They can't even hide it anymore, so they talk like this was ALWAYS the way it was supposed to work! It WASN'T! The idea was that SOCSEC was to be invested in a US treasury account FOR THAT PERSON, and they would get an income that was LIVABLE, and BELOW the income! Today, it seems to be invested nowhere, is used for ANYTHING and paid to ANYONE even ILLEGAL aliens! The amount is NOT livable, and is ABOVE the income(which is why they keep stealing)!
BTW even DEMOCRATS admit most of this when pressed. They use these facts in their campaigns! THEY advocate changing laws to make it more of a scam. The rest(like raising rates, etc...) I found by checking to see what was paid historically. My uncle paid a LOT smaller percentage than I did, and thinks socsec is a great deal. YEP, it is a great deal for HIM because they are stealing from ME to pay him. OK, who will they steal from to pay me? Will they raise retirement age to 90+, like they have threatened? We KNOW they will raise rates!

Initially I thought of something similar to Archimedes' original post. Someone with strong interpersonal skills. Good communicator, chatty, active social life. To that I'd add they can talk about anything, have a wide range of conversartion topics.
Then I realised that because people with Asperger's present in different ways, so must people with an "inverse Asperger" profile. Such as the kind of glib personality that Cade described. And the Politician Syndrome types, and salesperson types, and prima donna and Pollyanna types that have been mentioned.
As well as those prima donna types, bullies in their many forms are surely as extreme opposites of Aspies as you'll find. They have the social skills and intuition that Aspies find challenging, but which they use the wrong way, for their own ends, to manipulate. |
