Not really. I do socialize every now and then, but I've kind of started to become seperated from my friends a bit (both physically and psychologically) which means that I'll have to socialize with new people. I've tried to take some steps to becoming more social, but it seems nearly impossible at my school. I've been bombarded with homework and haven't got much of a chance to hang out with people. Also, during lunch, all of the people that I could be eating lunch with either talk about one subject non-stop (way more often than Aspies would) or have such different preferences from mine that I have trouble relating to them. It's kind of been a shitty year so far.
I really hope that this will change soon. |

| I like to think I have a small social life in school. I've always been described by teachers etc as having a "small circle of friends", and I'm perfectly happy and comfortable with that. I never socialise with them outside of school though. |

| My social life is virtually non-existant. I only have one friend who I see outside of school and he's basically a relic from primary school; if I only met him now we probably would never become friends. I have two other people I would call friends, although I don't 'hang out' with them, and they aren't friends with each other so we can't be a group. Nonetheless I'm not particularly bothered. |

| I have one good friend, and we do mostly everything together at school. At home I just sit inside and work or read at the computer. |

I'm not arsed to socialise lately. I prefer to stay at home. _________________ The blues are because you're getting fat, and maybe it's been raining too long. You're just sad, that's all. The mean reds are horrible. Suddenly you're afraid, and you don't know what you're afraid of. |

| Yes, I do. I love to be around people! I've always had friends. I mean, I've never been the popular guy but I've always had friends. I have a nice amount of friends I think. Actually, just today, me and a friend decided to go to church together then borrow a movie about Columbine from the library and watch it. Very fun! |

I do have a little bit of a social life but that is mostly with the people on my robotics team, and that mostly exists during the robotics season, quickly ending after our final competition. I did used to play laser tag a lot with a group of (mostly) non-robotics friends but that ended after the friend who would organized that moved away. _________________ "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us" |
