Hey, why aren't more people on wrong planet using this site? It's a non profit dating service for asperger people, and even free for girls. I'm the guy named Helios there, and there is very little activity.

Can't hurt to join in now, can it?

Yes, they do, because they seem more or less like normal people, only more annoying, clumsy, opinionated and with less social skills.

Sure, but then men have to deal with having a factual higher sex drive as well as the need to be loved.

Yep. Everything is not equal in this world. Women have the burden of child bearing, for one thing, so investing in the wrong man is not good.

It's harder for men to get sex, and that is a fact. You pine for what you don't have. I never said that men don't crave love.

Also, I believe nature is the basis for all human activity, also morality, which can be said to be the herd instinct in human beings.

It's a derogatory term for an asperger, but I use it myself. It's called reappropriation, kind of how the term Yankee went from being a negative term to become a (for some) positive nickname.

For a guy it can be hard to get sex, and therefore guys will complain about that. For a female, getting sex usually isn't difficult, but getting emotional commitment from a guy can be. So females naturally don't value sex in and by itself so much. The will always wants what it doesn't have. For a gu...

Weird, but I just put on some sun glasses and immediately felt relief. Could it be that I have had light sensitivity for all these years, without even knowing it? Last year I had a Lasek-operation, so now I have near perfect vision, and everything also seems brighter ... Would be insane if this was ...

It's the same with me. I am able to think and makes plans, but only that. I think it's a matter of the mind going in overdrive. If you notice this lack of concentration becoming more prevalent, you might be dealing with a depression.

15/20 and I am diagnosed with asperger. But I think the test if flawed. You learn the pictures by inference, and have unlimitied time. If you were to see those expressions for a split second, an aspie, who operates by logic, wouldn't be able to know by instinct what was going on.

Anyone else experience this? I have a number of intellectual interests, but things have steadily gone in decline for me the last few years. That is to say, I have no capacity to do the things that matter to me, and this is after I've come out of a major depression. Are there any spergs out there tha...

Hello there. I'm a man in my soon to be mid thirties, that just got diagnosed with aspergers. I think I share the sentiment with many others getting diagnosed in their adult life, its a bitter sweet feeling. I am glad I am different from other people, and that I now know specifically there are thing...
