Does anyone else get this feeling, like when you repeat a word until it doesn't mean anything, that what you think about reality is really fragile? Like you shouldn't think too much about it?

The reason I asked was because the more I think about these things, the more I seem to lose my sense of reality. And Im getting worried about where this might lead. I don't want to be insane...
