Yes, I have true clinodactyly of the 5th digit (pinky). Very short, definite bend, and instead of one crease at each joint like the other fingers, it has one crease between two joints like the thumb. I don't find it to be a problem in general. I tried teaching myself piano, and was gutted to discove...
