| I know I definitely can! Here in Australia, people know what you're talking about if you say you can smell rain (and don't think you're crazy!), so I thought it was something that anybody could do, too. |

| Umm, chewing gum might be able to help with the teeth grinding? I agree with Scrulie, try to distract yourself every time you want a cigarette, e.g. have a glass of water, do something else for a little while. If worse comes to worst you could try nicotine patches, and step down from there? Good luc... |
